What a wonderful stay in Brussels. The neighborhood is quiet except for the noise of the public transportation. The accommodation is beautifully restored and our host Sylvie was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent! I will definitely stay again.

Situated in the heart of Brussels, Fleur de Ville provided us with easy access to all the city’s major attractions. Whether we wanted to explore the charming streets, enjoy a quiet stroll in nearby parks, or grab a bite at one of the many local eateries, everything was just a stone’s throw away. It made our short stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The Room: Our original room was modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless, reflecting the fact that the hotel is brand new. After our first night, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water. We reported this to the front desk, and we were immediately impressed by how proactive and kind the staff were. They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms! The upgraded room was spacious, luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the city. It was a gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
