Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We stayed here during a very difficult political situation in the country (quota movement protests, curfew and internet shutdown), but felt in good hands there. They made great efforts to ensure our safety and to make us having a great time in the city in spite of the difficult circumstances. Besides, there is a very good restaurant inside the hotel building, which also serves delicious breakfast. We hope to have the chance to come back!

Hotel noorjahan Grand is one of the best hotels in Sylhet. Everything about this hotel is good, starting from the rooftop view. Their staff's behavior and service is very good. Receptionist Sanzina helped us a lot during check-in. Sanzina's behavior is very helpful. I will definitely stay at Nurjahan Grand next time I come to Sylhet.
