The first and perhaps most important factor that makes the Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre a true gem is their staff. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They were always willing to assist me with any questions or requests, which greatly enhanced my stay. The food at Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre is simply amazing. I tried many dishes from their menu, and each one was prepared to the highest standard. The excellent selection of dishes, their taste, and presentation are simply impressive. The menu offers a variety of dishes suitable for any taste. The rooms at the Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre are exactly what I was looking for during my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Overall, I can say that the Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre is a wonderful place to stay while traveling. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Dhaka."

I liked the room specifically decoration. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel manager Heramon is really frankly and helpful guy. Also, other service man are friendly. They provide free breakfast and always make intercom phone call if anything necessary in the room. Very near to the Baridhara diplomatic zone and Gulshan including Banani. There is no traffic jam in this area also available transport 24 hours from the lobby of the hotel.

The hotel is quiet and you don’t hear the dhaka traffic at all. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant has very tasty food and the portion sizes are huge. Room service is fast. They even arrange transportation on request. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has security at all times. The area where the hotel is located is pretty safe. There are ATMs nearby. One of the biggest Malls in Dhaka (Bashundara City Shopping Complex) is at a walking distance from the hotel (10-15mins at a normal walking speed)

"Everything was excellent in this hotel. Whether you're staying for leisure or business purposes, it is the BEST hotel in Dhaka. We've been to Dhaka before, and no hotel compares to Hotel Empyrean. We didn't have any stomach issues, and the restaurant is excellent. The waiter named Taz was great! The entire staff is very friendly at all times. Anis and Liza at the reception are true professionals and friends, always ready to help with anything, expecting nothing in return except that you are satisfied! Honestly, this place is simply THE BEST!! Don't hesitate to book either the Superior or the triple room, both are great! The room service is excellent! The café is my favorite spot in the hotel. You can hear the birds singing, and there's a view of the trees. I need silence to sleep, and I received a quiet room, for which I am very grateful. If I return to Dhaka, I will gladly stay at this hotel with my husband again. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. Truly a professional and friendly team!!! 10/10"
