We were greeted by extremely friendly staff at the reception upon our late arrival. The rooms were very clean, well-kept, and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The hotel also had an elevator. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food, including delicious local pastries. The parking behind the hotel was huge and fenced - private. There was a direct entrance from the parking lot at the back of the hotel. Great location as it’s only 150m from the old bridge and the city center. Fantastic location right outside the old town and a five minute walk to all it's splendor. Clean and fresh non-smoking room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Parking was easily accessible.

The staff is amazing! They are super welcoming, super helpful, very nice and flexible. Location is really good considering being close to a local area where you can a have to live like the people there and at the same time, not far from the touristy area. Room is spacious and very clean. Having a free parking area is great plus indeed.

Staff was great, very helpfu and polite, room were small but cozy, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast as well. Hotel is well positioned if sigthtseeing around Old Town is of interest. They cook and offer local food and sweets wich are a great combo with local coffee, so it's a must try. You get what you pay for, Emen is to recommend for a visit to Mostar.
