The staff was amazing, the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel! They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The restaurant was fantastic. I will definitely stay there when I come back! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Breakfast was good but no varieties of cans food. The staff are so friendly and welcoming the guests with a smile, we met Biona the lady in reception was so helpful when it was raining and we had no umbrella she offered us her personal umbrella. Also when we didn't like our room she changed it on the spot. Really thanks. The only thing is the public bus is walking 5 to 7 min up and down a ramp because the hotel is up but taxi access easily.

Incredible hospitality among the staff and Sanela provided superb service when we had any requests or questions. Also the adjacent restaurant had excellent breakfast and selection of other dishes and a very hospitable staff. Easily accessible public transport, there is a bus stop right outside and tram connections 300 meters away. The entire stay at Hotel Brkic was pleasant and can definitely recommend this hotel.
