As a group of motorcyclists arriving with a mechanical issue, we were in a challenging situation. Your support—helping us find local mechanics and shops, guiding us where to go, and staying with us until everything was resolved—meant more than words can express. You went above and beyond by organizing dinner for us and joining us for the evening, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Even though the weather was still too cold for swimming, the surroundings and the atmosphere more than made up for it. Very nice hotel just a few meter to tne city center. Warm and helpful welcome. Room was marvellous calm and enjoyable. Bathroom was perfect, heated, modern, tidy. Breakfast was very kind and cordial arranged. Checkout was fast and professional. The car was save next to the bulding.

The staff in this hotel is so amazing and friendly that my whole positive experience about this hotel is built on my positive impression about their staff (reception desk, cleaning ladies, staff in the restaurant). Everyone was always friendly, smiling, helpful. Hotel is located close to big shopping mall with a lot of shops and taxi to city centrum is super cheap and the ride takes only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is also nice, I liked traditional decoration of their restaurant. I previously booked another hotel in the same city Hotel Tuzla and they have cancelled my reservation 1.5 days before my actual arrival (I initially booked this hotel few months in advance). As I only had 1 day to find hotel Hotel Dorrah was the only one with rooms available so I did not have many expectations. But they really positively surprised me and I think after staying with them I felt lucky that my previous hotel got canceled.

I stayed here for two nights and I was very satisfied. The location is perfect to explore Tuzla. It is right in the center and everything is just a short walk away. Room was spacious and clean, Bed was comfy. Wifi worked well and breakfast is good - even freshly made omlets are served. And they offer real Orange Juice (not the waterly one which I got in other Hotels in this region). The best is the owner, who is very kind and caring. As I unfortunatelly had some knee problems and I said I intend to visit the Museum of East Bosnia, she called the museum if it is open. It turned out, that they are closed and the phone call of the hotel's owner saved me from limping to the museum for nothing. And as my taxi for the transfer to the airport have been a bit late on departure, she offered to call the taxi driver asking him, if he is on the way. Great service.

It is non smoking hotel with great interior, big comfortable rooms, great spa center and gym. Hotel is placed in the city center which helps with going through the town. I love music that plays in the hotel. Music is mostly pop rock English style. Breakfast is great. There is lots of tasty food and great coffee.
