Very clean, nice and near! Have a nice wine cellar and good restaurants. However! The most exceptional was the staff! Georgina and Yelena were so customer service oriented! Very nice and pleasant.

We booked this apartment as a one-night stopover on our way to Dubrovnik. First of all, the drive to the location was wonderful. The location of the apartment is alone in the middle of nature however very conveniently located for vistiing Dubrovnik and avoids having to pay high rental costs as well as parking fees, etc. It is only a 20 Minute drive or so. The apartment was modern and very clean and had a nice large balcony and also a refridgerater/mini bar. What was a very pleasant surprise for us was the restaurant. It was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Everything about our stay at Apartments Zavala was terrific. We arrived on our bicycles from the Ciro trail and were instantly greeted by the friendly host. He sat down with us for a drink, chatted about our plans for the day and what we could do near by, and told us about the history of the property. We felt completely at home. Our room was huge and included a living room in addition to our bedroom/bathroom. The room was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and consisted of the local cuisine, and sitting on the covered outdoor patio you are treated to a spectacular view of the mountains. Breakfast was no exception, and we were well fed for our bike ride in the morning. It is clear the owners have put a lot of care and attention into the property and their guests experience. I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation to anyone.

It is an amazing apartment in the middle of nature with all amenities. We definitely want to come back. We travelled by bicycle, as the Hercegovina region is wonderful to see. The apartment was one of the highlights of our trip, it is spacious, has all meneities you need and you are alone in the middle of the nature. For us just perfect.

A great place to relax in nature with a warm welcome! This beautiful house is located in a quiet, natural setting and features a large, cool pool. The property feels secluded and peaceful, and you have the entire fenced-in grounds to yourself. Everything you need is available, including the option to make your own Bosnian coffee or a regular one if you prefer. If you're interested in making Bosnian coffee, the owners will surely be happy to teach you :) The cottage is easy to find, situated near a main road and close to the town of Stolac, where you can find everything you need (restaurants, a supermarket, pizzeria, a bakery, etc.). The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel right at home and even put a small magnet from our country on the fridge as a thoughtful touch. They are also open to suggestions and are always available to help. We had a great time and hope to return for another holiday with these kind people!

We were suprised that we were the first guests at the house. It is unbelivable that people are missing this jem of a accommodation in the heart of Hercegovina. The area where the house is located is out of fairy tales. You are located on top of the mountain with views towards the Svitavsko Lake in Hutovo Blato National Park. I fell in love with the area and it was a shame we booked it only for one night. At night it is quiet, as you are in the middle of the nature, with no other houses nearby. I recommend the house and our host. It is perfect for a vacation where you can relax and unwind from the day to day stress and reconnect with nature. Our host is a wonderful person, very attentive and careful with our needs. I hope I will come as soon as possible and book as many days as I can afford just to stay at this place.
