I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel near the city centre, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is ideal—just a short walk from major attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough to offer a peaceful escape. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room amenities added a luxurious touch. What truly sets this hotel apart is its rich family history. The building has an incredible story behind it, which the staff are more than happy to share. It adds a unique charm and character that makes the experience unforgettable. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome. Their recommendations for local dining and activities were spot-on. Breakfast was fantastic, with a diverse selection of fresh and delicious options. The hotel also features [mention a standout feature, e.g., a stunning rooftop terrace or spa], which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, history, and convenience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

I have only good words to tell about Sana. Location is perfect. Communication excellent. Breakfast ok. Room super clean. If you are looking for something in that price range, chose Sana (i tell this after having slept with 60-100 Euro in at least 5 other hotels in Sarajevo)

The location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet street and Easy walk to the Old Town. Hotel appeared new and room was spacious and clean. Car park easily accessible from the first floor just behind the hotel. Breakfast had a good range of food. The staff at reception were very friendly. Special thanks to Mirsa who helped us resolve the issue with our blocked credit cards. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very confortable, very close to the old town (5 min walk), clean and has good quality/price. The room was clean and reasonably big (had hair dryer too). Breakfast was good (mainly continental, with both cold and cooked food), they served bosnian coffee too. The main plus is the staff: they’ve all been kind and helpful before we arrived (always replied super quickly to our texts and accomodated all our requests/needs) and during our stay. They even offer late check out when they heard we had a late flight. The hotel is highly recommended.
