The hotel feels like something out of a fairy tale — surrounded by majestic pine trees and untouched nature. Its charming appearance takes your breath away. The food is excellent, and the staff are truly outstanding. Special thanks to waitress Zlata, who made our stay unforgettable. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel special. It’s a perfect place for all ages. We haven’t seen such beautiful nature in a long time, and it inspired us to explore everything around.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and very nice to sleep in. My room had everything I would need, and I felt super comfortable staying there. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but I didn't have any issue with noise - the window was soundproof enough that I didn't hear anything from outside.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Day we were leaving our flight was in the afternoon, they let us stay in the room until we had to leave for airport. I will definitely be back. Waiter called Musa made our stay. He made sure we were looked after all at all times. The girls on reception as well. In all honesty I can not wait to come back. Thank you guys 😊

In summer most people come here for hiking and cycling, or skiing during winter. I've booked 3 rooms for a nearby summer trail running event, and we've all been very happy about our stay. Extremely friendly staff, the facilities were clearly signposted and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely beyond our expectations, with local dry cured beef ham and pura and grilled vegetables. I really liked it. The view from our rooms were also amazing, thank you for everything, we'll hope we'll get back next year!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and very nice to sleep in. My room had everything I would need, and I felt super comfortable staying there. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but I didn't have any issue with noise - the window was soundproof enough that I didn't hear anything from outside.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Day we were leaving our flight was in the afternoon, they let us stay in the room until we had to leave for airport. I will definitely be back. Waiter called Musa made our stay. In summer most people come here for hiking and cycling, or skiing during winter. I've booked 3 rooms for a nearby summer trail running event, and we've all been very happy about our stay. Extremely friendly staff, the facilities were clearly signposted and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely beyond our expectations, with local dry cured beef ham and pura and grilled vegetables. I really liked it. The view from our rooms were also amazing, thank you for everything, we'll hope we'll get back next year!
