Travelling to Wagga Wagga on the back roads from Gundagai was picturesque and highly recommended. Wagga has some man made and natural highlights, including museums, well worth visiting. We encountered many friendly people, and it was easy to get around town. As Wagga is the largest inland city in NSW, it could use a giant mascot of something or monument. A very big city.
A very big city. Beautiful lake Albert and we walked our litttle Sophie, she loved it. Is has the cheapest diesel in the Australia. Unbelievable cheap it’s even cheaper than Costco by 8cents. We only had one day in Wagga Wagga on our way back home to Sydney. It's been a while since our last visit and we had forgotten how lovely it is. The town is relaxing with lots of shops, cafes and eateries. It is also a good spot for visiting the surrounding countryside. Definitely worth a visit.Guest review bySteve and LeonieAustralia - 10.0

it was a very good family orientated place. Everyone seemed happy and went out and enjoyed themselves. I liked that the wagga botanical gardens had a free zoo in it for families with kids, as these days everything is sooo expensive and this was a day out everyone could enjoy with lots of friendly animals and birds.
