We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately presented, offering a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. Tucked away in a quiet area, the location provided the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful. Despite our late arrival, they showed up within minutes, offering valuable information and demonstrating remarkable flexibility, which was a huge relief since I was traveling with my four-year-old son. We love the Upper Swan Valley - driving around to quaint...

We love the Upper Swan Valley - driving around to quaint coffee places, seeing the vines and valleys, stopping at wineries, restaurants and speciality shops like Mondo Nougat, The Margaret River Chocolate Factory, Whistlers, The Tapas Bar, Oakover, Baileys Brewery and this time we ventured more around Guildford too - Rose & Crown, The Guildford Town Bakery (excellent!) ... all a great experience!

Lynne the host was helpful and very friendly

Lynne the host was helpful and very friendly The property was spotlessly clean with views to die for and the room was large and comfortable. The outside decking has ample seating arrangements with a sink and fridge and stunning views. The accommodation was perfectly placed for all of the swan valley attractions.

It was lovely to stay in the Upper Swan at this quiet little spot. We were going to our newphew's wedding close by and it was wonderful to be able to relax before and after and take in some of the area. We went on for lunch the next day which completed our little wedding get away.

The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. A good variety of foods and drinks. The pools and grounds around the hotel were very well kept and the hotel was generally clean and well run.
