A great city to visit for holidays. many places to visit.

A great city to visit for holidays. many places to visit. I took a ferry ride to Manly on Sunday 5.10.25 on a nice sunny day and it was beautiful. Moving around the city is easy with many transport options. Busses, train, and light rail are the cheapest options for travel around the city. I visited only for 4 days and didn't have the time to visit Scenic Blue Mountains Skyrail, Whale watching and Bondi Beach. But those are reserve for some other time.

The day at Watson's Bay was wonderful.

The day at Watson's Bay was wonderful. Walking up to the lighthouse and seeing the old lighthouse keeper's cottage was a beautiful view of the ocean and harbour. Eating at Doyles for fish and chips was pretty special too. Walking through Martin's Place in the city and going up Centrepoint Tower gave us a great understanding of the big picture of Sydney and out to the suburbs. Walking around the Opera House and the Botanical Gardens was great. Darling Harbour has much to offer with The Maritime Museum and Madam Tussaud's wax museum being highlights. The history and laneways at The Rocks are hard to beat.

We visited Sydney to attend an engagement party at the Ivory Penthouse! What a magnificent venue with charming décor, delicious food, tasty beverages and very friendly staff. We enjoyed walking around soaking in the atmosphere of Sydney CBD, Darling Harbour and Bondi Beach. We dined at Greek restaurant Medusa, breakfast at Cinders and Parida Bondi Beach.

The location & privacy are unbeatable. I brought some friends out from Canada & our stay in the Cremorne Point Manor Penthouse was the big crescendo of the trip! The ferry into Circular Quay is only one stop, passing directly alongside of the Opera House & the ferry jetty is an easy walk down the road. Unlike the CBD & many of the hotels there, you get the suburban peace & quiet, with minimal traffic due to Cremorne’s secluded location.

We were in Sydney for the weekend from NZ and this was a great spot in the CBD - short walk to train station and close to shops, buses and trams. Very helpful staff, nice clean room - everything you need and compared to other CBD hotels, good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location in the center of Sydney. Modern and new feeling rooms for great value. As a Sydney local who has stayed in numerous hotels around Sydney CBD, this hotel has to be one of the best I've stayed in, for its price range. Super impressed and would recommend.

It's your standard rooms-above-a-pub affair. We didn't know anything about the area but slim pickings for hotels on new years eve and we ended up here with no complaints. It was easy enough to get to the CBD or elsewhere.
