Richard was outstanding in taking care of us. When one of our 11 person family had to go to urgent care, Richard arranged for an extension for that room until noon and confirmed right away that their room was available if an extra night stay was needed. When an extra night was needed, Richard worked out all of the details. Also, we loved your huge indoor pool and hot tub. Also, we loved having the tables in the lobby for our family to congregate. We loved the game room, too.

Victoria at the check-in desk is delightful! She is helpful and friendly and goes the extra mile with anything you might need. Room 10 was clean and very boho chic! Love the decor - new and hip. The room was well equipped and serviced daily. The shower was really nice with perfect heat and water pressure - perfect after a long sticky day on the beach. A quick drive away from the beach and the city. Ideal for travel if you have your own car.

Not great if you are a little older and have an issue with two long flights of stairs to get to rooms. On the plus side the rooms were clean and comfortable and supplied all we needed except no toaster!

A good village with enough shops to cover everything.

A good village with enough shops to cover everything. Nice walks along the cliff path overlooking the sea and beaches. Fitness activities available within the village and close by. The train service gets to the city of Melbourne in 30 minutes and is very regular.

Accommodation was comfortable and perfect for our overnight stay. We ate in the bistro and the meal was nice, the free complimentary drink each was a bonus. The only downside was the beeping smoke alarm that needed a new battery and it beeped continually every minute all night

Apartment close proximity to everything, family, venue, beach and shopping. Very close to large shopping centre, Southland We ate both in and out, lots of options nearby. Very easy to get around. Train station close by as an option to car.

This property is not worth your time or money.

This property is not worth your time or money. It was absolutely filthy from top to bottom. There was long black hair throughout the property, pubic hairs in the bed, finger marks on every surface, a previous customers fake nail and Bobby pins laying on the floor, filthy toilets with body hair on them, mould in two of the bathrooms, foot marks on the floor boards (from a previous guest who was obviously wet and walked throughout the property), bathroom photos on booking.com do not reflect what you actually get...and the list continues. They people in charge of the property seemed to care when I wrote an email to them upon arrival, however when someone came to clean the property, he spot cleaned on of the lounge room and didn’t fix any of the other cleanliness issues. Take it from someone who has stayed here....DONT submit yourself to this!

Comfortable, clean and instructions were easy for access, parking and checking out. Would definitely stay again if visiting this part of Melbourne. The cafe downstairs and IGA made things easy for meals. We also enjoyed a nice walk along the bay down at Sandringham.

My only criticism was that the beds were very soft for my taste, otherwise I really liked it. Especially the location right next to the beach, the train station, and the "high street" of sandringham.

The location was fabulous: across the road from the beach, train close by, located in the Sandringham village with numerous eateries to choose from and quaint little shops. We had free parking.
