I wish I got her name but she was working on the night of 1/8/ such a lovely person thank you!! my room was so spacious the pool and jacuzzi was amazing and so clean! i absolutely loved this place so much! Amazing hotel, pool, staff, breakfast and views. We loved it! Arrived late at night, got a complimentary champagne. They had also left wine and chocolates in the room to welcome us back to Melbourne which was so nice and very appreciated. There was a little mix up with room payment as we extended out stay, but a member of staff came to the room and apologized and gave us a prosecco and chocolate, which was very much appreciated too. Luxury feeling at this hotel, without the prices being to high, Good value!

The staff are friendly and very helpful! I loved the interior design, the colors and details. The cafe downstairs was really nice. They have a luggage safe service for early check out late flight situation. The room servuce is great at cleaning! Their attention to details is amazing. The room is spacious.
