I was upgraded for free to a double bedroom that was so big and clean! They also let me get my bike inside the room. Absolutely loved my stay. Absolutely recommended!!

Everything had clear signs to say where to enter, where to park and where the reception was. Jen from reception was absolutely incredible! She was so lovely and professional, walked us up to our chalet showed us where the light switches were told us everything about the chalet and how to contact her if we needed to, how to fill up the spa and where all the towels were ect. Then we ended up contacting her again later on to ask how to get some more ice and she walked it up to us herself, and before coming up onto the patio part of our chalet knocked and said she was there and if it was ok to come up. Just super dooper professional, kind, over the top helpful! You barely ever see service like it anymore and I really think it started off the experience for us in such a positive way so thanks so much Jen!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room was spotless and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Beautiful location, all is very well maintained. The views towards the river from the shady balcony are lovely. Shame there aren’t any loungers (neither on the balcony nor in the garden). We also had dinner, breakfast and did wine tasting; all were excellent! Thank you!

Great location, next to train station. Bar and restaurant is lovely, convenient bottle shop too. Staff friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are really lovely, high ceilings and loving decor. We really loved the hotel.
