Where else would you stay in Mount Gambier? Such cool accommodation. Very passionate and friendly owners. Lovely kitchen and dining area. Loved my cell - heater kept me nice and toasty overnight. Needs more marketing so word spreads about this awesome place!!

The room was spacious and clean. It was perfect. The bathroom was massive and the stay was super super comfortable. Also they gave us two drink vouchers at the bar which I felt was very very nice. The receptionist and all the staff were extremely courteous and even helped us with the bags which made us feel very warm

I just appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the warmth of the hotel in both the lounge area and my room. After spending 2 weeks sleeping in my van and breaking down in Mt Gambier it was great to have a warm comfy bed and shower without it costing me an arm and a leg. Thank so much to everyone at the Commercial hotel for helping me have a great stay while here in Mt Gambier, and I will recommend it to all my friends!

Staff are wonderful, food amazing and delicious....great set up for travel with a dog ...very tastefully done rooms.

Tracey and John were very prompt and kept in touch with me prior to my arrival to ensure that one of them meet me on time, as we arrive after a long journey on the road. We as a family of 4 and my parents were there for a good 3 days. The townhouse is very centrally located, not far from cafes, shops and restaurants. It's indeed a gorgeous place for a big family holiday.
