A friendly town with all the essentials.
A friendly town with all the essentials. Easy place to drive in. Close to Mackay. The local airport is small by efficient. Mackay airport is only 2 hours away. The Moranbah Coles is large and everything is fresh. The local bakery is brilliant. The vibe is easy going, relaxed and friendly.

We visited Oaks Moranbah due to illness of a family member. The trip was an emotional and distressing time and the staff at Oaks Moranbah went above and beyond making our trip easier than it could have been, including an upgrade to accommodate another family member attending at the last minute. We will be forever grateful for their ongoing assistance during our stay.

Spectacular service. The very beautiful Amy was amazing and took care of me on check-in and made effortlessly and the amazing Chris was around to goodbye. The room was perfect for our needs and we have decided that this will be our weekly stay in Moranbah. Location is central and it’s very quiet.

Room was immaculate. Also a very special thanks to the staff! absolutely lovely and welcoming and accommodating. I believe her name was Lisa but i could be wrong, I was needing quite an early check in and even with a fully booked hotel she did everything she could and was so so so lovely
