Very clean nice room with access to pool, privacy and wonderful shower. Good breakfast. While this is not a hotel, I would have felt fully safe here as a female solo traveller as well. First bit confused when arriving since you park kind of someones yard, but we were warmly welcomed and the two rooms were in a separate building from the main building. We did not test the pool since we stayed only one night here, but it did look very nice. There is lots of attention to detail here, can definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful to have time to explore and to be immersed in the life of early colonial Tasmania - buildings, garden were amazing. Waking up to a rural outlook was such a bonus. The location also gave us time to wander the streets of Longford and to explore the towns history as well. Breakfast provisions were provided - we cheated and had them for tea, savouring our time in the cottage.

We were able to check in 2 hours early as room was already cleaned & cooled for us. Very clean & comfortable with generous tea & coffee supplies. Central location in Longford near eateries & beautiful historic church.

Lovely cottage,not a hotel room. Walking distance to gorgeous township & parking right at the back door. Garden to sit in,comfy beds,large bathroom with a dressing mirror…great! as we were going to a wedding.

We stayed in the cabin, it was very clean and look like staying on a hotel room. Everything was spotless and smells nice. This is our second stay and will come back again.
