Large clean comfortable apartments set in a beautiful (large) garden. There is a panoramic view to the sea (about 5km away) and the forested hills of the Otways. Fresh tasty greens, fruit and herbs available from the property garden. Birdlife was stunning (watch the wedge tail eagles soaring above the valley). Bring some binoculars if you are into birdwatching. The beach at Johanna is wild and rarely suitable for swimming but it is magnificent. Take a drive on the Aire Settlement road to see some mountain ash forest.

The cottage was located on a beautiful farm with a wonderful view. a little back alley led to Johanna Beach. The perfect location to spend a few days during the great ocean trip to be in nature, smell the sea breeze and relax. finding the location was easy, instructions were very clear and once you are inside the cottage, you don’t feel the need to go out again. just make sure you bring all your own groceries.

this is a very cosy and peaceful cottage. it has all your need and feel like a home. it sits on a quiet farm land with a lot to see and see and explore. we enjoyed the farm tour with the farm owner-Helen and the 2 beautiful dogs and had a lot of fun feeding farm animals, enjoy and know more about the farm. it was a restful trip to Johanna.

Stunning views in peaceful setting with rolling hills looking out to sea. The farm was full of beautiful animals with big personalities and our kids enjoyed collecting eggs and feeding the alpacas and ponies. With Johanna Beach and some lovely walks nearby there was plenty to do over a long weekend. We hope to come back again soon.
