Situated a comfortably short walk from the bottom of the town, Margaret River Guesthouse, is ideally located for access to the town. It is super clean, exceptionally presented and with Lisa ‘front of house’ and Kieran producing incredible breakfasts every time, when few places seldom deserve the hype (and often ratings) they receive, this one definitely does. Lisa knows all the best places (vineyards, pubs, eateries and beaches) to go, she is the font of all knowledge and NEVER forgets your name (or your breakfast tea/coffee preference) once she has looked you in the eyes and repeated your name just the once.

We loved the outdoor bath in our area and the sauna area was wonderful. Was so relaxing, the property is amazing, with beaitiful wildlife and trees. The layout of the studio is great for a couple as well. We also loved the local tea that was available and the home made products available like bath bombs, hair care.

The house and amenities were great! Super.clean and comfy. Location is the best, great communication from hosts, we have zero problems with the stay. Town to get groceries is 5 min drive, Cafe nearby walking distance as well as the beach.

Excellent beach as well as the ones close by, good cafe. Fabulous for watching the sun set and swimming. The popular part is usually sheltered from the wind. Close to Margaret River town. Good parking.

Small town away from the hustle & bustle. Good to relax and bring your own mat for a nice yoga at the deck. Short walk the pristine water & bit of a drive to everything else, but with a car no worries!

We booked this place for our little wedding party of 4.

We booked this place for our little wedding party of 4. Great views and close to cafes. Very easy to check in. It has everything you need for a couple or a family. The stairs is not a problem for us but it is not suitable for wheelchairs or for people not able to climb stairs. White elephant cafe is superb just a short walk away.

I love the character of the place. The beaches are great.

I love the character of the place. The beaches are great. Too bad the weekend was rainy, didn't get to do any swimming. We did buy a lot of fresh produce from the markets in town and cooked a lot. It's also close to town and the wineries. Some places were closed on a Monday though. Will definitely come back & book the same accommodation to try food & coffee at places near the beach as these are highly rated

Fantastic Location, walking distance to Gnarabup Beach, Prevelly Rockpool and Surfer's Point. The Unit was very roomy and spacious with well equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor area. Parking was easy as each unit has an allocated carport which makes packing/unpacking the car a breeze. There is also a pool in the complex if beach conditions are too windy.
