Very friendly staff who went above and beyond! Room was super spacious, modern and had a great view. Loved the location being on the quieter side of the city and having the nice parklands near by.Also a short walk to the tram stop to get to the centre. We loved our stay and raved about the staff!

Great location, beautiful hotel . I loved the restaurant server I think he’s name is Gogo, he’s a super star. He would great us every morning with a smile and remembered us by first name . The facilities were good too, nice gym and pool. My favourite Sofitel so far . Thank you

Staff were excellent in booking me in and keeping luggage at different times. Location is fantastic and just 2 mins from the tram. A short walk to the Adelaide Market or the Japanese Gardens. Highly recommend it the rooms are modern and plenty of space. a lovely balcony and view too into the mountains.
