The apartment was in a great location right on the beach in a quiet area close to all amenities. The apartment overlooks the ocean from the living room and balcony and you can hear ocean. There are many cafes and tourist attractions close by and within a short walk to Woolworths supermarket. The apartment was beautifully clean and well presented. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil that you could possibly imagine and even had lots of cooking ingredients available. It was very nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The underground carpark was easily accessible, felt safe and secure and gave easy access via a lift to the apartment.

The location is excellent and the property is luxurious. The outdoor bath is private and such a treat. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. We found the spaces for socialising and relaxing to be spacious, comfortable and welcoming.

    Encounter Bay is beautiful, quiet and peaceful for a nice relaxing weekend away. Watching the sunrise over encounter bay from the studio apartment was amazing. Local deli always providing great coffee and snacks and the cafe on the lake providing an amazing big breakfast!

    A quiet and peaceful location.

    A quiet and peaceful location. Can recommend Wood coffee roasters in Victor Harbor for coffee and breakfast, they had friendly staff as well. For a delicious A La Carte restaurant try Whalers Restaurant in Encounter Bay, you won't regret it. Eye Fillet to die for.

    Encounter Bay is the charming, quieter neighbour to Victor...

    Encounter Bay is the charming, quieter neighbour to Victor Harbor. Whilst the pubs and accommodation in Victor may get rowdy, Encounter Bay is definitely the place to go for peaceful relaxation. The views from the Bluff are absolutely stunning, I could have sat and watched that view for hours. Sunsets are incredible! There aren't a lot of activities to do here, unless you are into fishing, bird watching, or have a boat. But it's close enough to Victor Harbor to travel into town multiple times a day if you wish (just 10 minutes). There are a few restaurants to choose from in Encounter Bay if you prefer to walk somewhere local.

    We always stay in encounter bay we love it.best experience this stay was lunch at the bluff .fantastic.plenty of places for children my 8 yr old Grandson loves Victor considers it his own place. We chose Victor harbour for our honeymoon in 1966 and we still are coming back very often some 58 yrs later.Love it,

    Really great spot. Top restaurants with good staff. Chef at Whalers is a gem!! Good parking facilities at The Bluff and premises well maintained. The Linen House Outlet was a real find!!! And Woolworths had freshly made sushi for sale - great steak - and fresh salad vegetables. Good range of dairy produce. Marvellous antique/secondhand shops at Yankalilla.
