We were there for a music festival (brilliant), but also had time for a little sightseeing locally and there was enough interesting things to keep us occupied. Definitely recommend Dorrigo as a destination.

I loved the fact that the cottage is truly rural and the views are exceptional.
The cottage itself is cosy and clean. The hosts are wonderful and make the experience all the better.
The scones and fresh bread are excellent touches and the kitchen is more than adequate for your needs.
The beds are comfy and we both slept so well.

Dorrigo is a beautiful little town, surrounded by natural beauty spots, like Dangar Falls, the Rainforest Centre with its walks, Norm Jolly giant Tallowood tree reserve, and even the town parks are very inviting. There are interesting cafes and shops, not to mention Rodney the Rooster making his presence felt in the main street!

A beautiful little town nestled amongst the exquisitely beautiful Nature in these forested mountains.
Delicious food at the delightful Components Cafe.
If you love Nature & wildlife, the nearby Dorrigo Rainforest Centre has everything to keep you enthralled all day...or even return the next....plus a great cafe restaurant. We loved it.

Lovely little country town.
Lovely little country town. The national park had beautiful walks to the waterfall. The RSL club had one of the largest displays of war memorial we have ever seen.
Only downside is there isn't a lot open most of the week
