Everything! The reception was very welcoming. There are few things like chess, uno and even a pool table to keep you entertained. The place is quaint, room is very cosy and bed is comfortable too. Candles and bubble bath was provided to make the built in spa experience wonderful. The breakfast fruit bread was good. We ordered the cooked breafast for sharing and the portion was nicely split when served. Totally enjoyed and really love the stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Lovely place run by the most adorable lady we had the pleasure to meet. Ever so polite yet intelligent. The living room setting was so warm and cozy. The room was quite comfortable, too, with hot water available for showers. Loved the sightseeing recommendations that were given to us.

    A charming town with all the amenities you could wish for -...

    A charming town with all the amenities you could wish for - supermarket shopping, plus plenty of small cafes and eateries and independent shops. The bakery is great. The river park area is lovely and great for kids to play. there are so many attractions in the area such as wineries, a meadery and honey place, chocolate factory, beautiful restaurants set in the gently rolling countryside, an animal feeding farm, beaches and river side areas, caravan parks. A great place for a family holiday or couples retreat.

    The wineries are great (Singlefile & Forest Hill). The scenery is stunning. e.g. the beaches ( Elephant Rock, Greens Pool, Madfish Bay) are sensational plus Monkey rock and the Wilderness Ocean Walk (if time)

    Denmark is a charming town.

    Denmark is a charming town. We appreciated the proximity to multiple fantastic wineries and many national parks. There are well-equipped grocery stores and several small artisan shops; also the best bakery during our trip to Western Australia.

    Lovely low key town with a friendly atmosphere and a real sense of community. Even had a game of bowls at the local club during our stay. And ate takeaway fish & chips in the park with a visit from the resident duck. Lots of great places to visit within a short driving distance of the town including Green Pool and Elephants Rocks.

    Denmark is a quiet town in the countryside.

    Denmark is a quiet town in the countryside. It has many scenic beaches, forests, wineries and restaurants. The first restaurant we visited was the Denmark Good Food Factory. It is famous for serving yummy burgers and ice cream. The second restaurant we went was the Lake House. It is overlooking a beautiful lake. Food is mainly served on platters. The third restaurant we wanted to go was Salt and Pepper. However, we did not make any prior reservation so we were turned away. One of the staff there recommended us The Dam. There is a big children's playground near this restaurant.

    The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful views of the farm and lake. Our little one thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the cows and playing outside in the grassed area. The cottage itself was modern, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts Rob and Annie, were so lovely and very accommodating, giving us great suggestions for local wineries and things to do around Denmark.

    The location was absolutely stunning. I had been to Denmark before in Summer several times, and was not sure about a Winter escape. It was beautiful. The beaches and bush walks were at a constant, changing pace. In contrast, the farm was peaceful and simple. Nights with the fire and those chatty cows, were the best wind down. Every need as a guest was considered, and the accommodation was lovely.

    The location amongst the trees was gorgeous. Lots of cool birds and wildlife in the surrounds. The place is close to the town of Denmark but has its own seclusion and tranquility. If you’re looking for a five star modern hotel this is not the place for you. The facilities are charming and quaint and rustic. Lots of games and a cute kitchenette.
