The location was perfect for what we needed. We were walking distance from great cafes and restaurants. We only used our car to visit the penguin parade. The sunsets were so beautiful. We were blessed with perfect weather which made our stay even more magical. It was a well spend $500 a day for the five of us. During daytime there were lots of people around which contributed to the holiday feeling. By night time all the cars were gone and it was very quiet. If we visit Melbourne again we will definitely try to come and stay in apart 1. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

very quiet was good to be able to be at the beach with just the dogs and maybe one or two others. the grantville seafood and chips great meal great service. the bakery is ok as well. be aware that the beaches here are very tidal. lots of mud spots. went philip island that place is so overrun nowadays
