I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was super for families with kids, there was a great playing area for kids. The staff was excellent, very kind, they tried to fulfil all of our requests. It is a 3 star hotel, but food was great and location for skiing also good.

We loved everything! It's close to the slopes (about 10 min drive). We loved our room, the dinners, the sauna (Finnish and steam), the staff were welcoming, helpful and always available. There is also a heated ski room. When I asked we found out this is a family-run hotel since several generations. Thank you for having us! I've stayed in perhaps 30 hotels in various countries and this was a special and memorable experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel! This is the third year we’ve come and it is the sweetest little hotel with wonderful people! The restaurant is very good too and the wellness area is perfect for relaxing after the slopes.

This pleasant hotel is located in the centre, right next to the River Ybbs. Our room was a spacious, well equipped room and bathroom with comfortable furniture and with nice view of the river. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the coffee was delicious. The owner lady, Katrin was very kind and helpful, We had a great time, thank you for the hospitality, we will come back again.
