The property is on the outskirts of Wenns, which is a small...
The property is on the outskirts of Wenns, which is a small village not far up the Pitztal. There is a supermarket about 20 minutes' walk from the property, so maybe 1.5km, through the village. It is right next to a bus stop, bearing its name, so handy for stopping off on the way back from the day's activities. Other than that our focus was on the mountains and numerous hiking trails, so didn't really explore Wenns, or sample it restaurants, as we tended to eat at one of the mountain refuges.Guest review byGaryUnited Kingdom

And the mountain road into Wenns from Neuer Zoll on the A12 via Piller was possibly the best road of the day - including the ‘mighty’ Stelvio.
