The hotel is in a beautiful historic building. One of the staff told me that it was more than 300 years old. The room was a good size and everything was supper clean. The room was decorated beautifully and the balcony overlooks into the gorgeous garden. The breakfast was served in the garden, which was really magical, and it had a very good selection of vegetarian food.

The hotel is simply less than 30 min away from main Salzburg HBF and bus stop is precisely 1 min from the entrance. 19th century felt strong, alluded to the rustic interior layout. I have toured around Europe for one month and first time I stayed in a place with broad stairways. Room was super clean spacious, whatever I needed well provided. The quintessential quality of my Austria stay here was the very smiley and congenial staff service, from front desk to restaurant.
