We spent a night on our trip to the south. We have not seen the owners but everything was organised great. Big appartment, clean, comfortable (pillows were a bit too soft for our taste), with leanings, towels and shower gels included.

The location couldn’t be better. Ski hire shop below the hotel and main lift less than 50m away. The team are incredibly personable and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Early arrival and late departure was accommodated without a second thought. Bigger brands could learn a lot from this hotel about how to truly put the customer at the heart of the operation.

Great family owned place to stay. Very flexible, kind and willing to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We travelled with a 4 month old and because of their flexibility (also with the restaurant) we had every evening time to spend time together while my son slept upstairs.

The service was superb. We were staying on my wife's birthday the stuff surprised her with a cake and a greating card. The pool was very nice. Very good breakfast . Location of the hotel is great.
