Everything was perfect: location with a panorama view over the town and mountains, our balcony had fascination view on the waterfalls; rooms are big, clean, modern, all materials are of top quality; great breakfast, super cozy restaurant area; amazing sauna and relaxing area, top new!!!; host and staff are super friendly and helpful to make your stay just perfect. Wonderful location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Rooms were super clean, cosy and lots of space. Travelling with a small child we were made feel welcome. The pool has a drawer for kids swimming toys and floats. The staff were extra accommodating and gave colouring pages and pencils.

The location of the hotel is convenient when travelling by car from any close by airport. All inclusive food service was excellent with fresh variety of foods available each day, catering from babies to adults. We did not use the adult spa facilities but the family spa area had everything needed for a comfortable relaxation. The hotel has a kids club and wet wipes stations everywhere. We loved 'first ski' experience for toddles aged 3-5 years old everyday just outside the hotel. There is a grand playground and further children's activities each day. For older kids, the piste offers excellent ski schools which are 6 mins drive by car. Since it is a family run hotel, the staff excel in service. It is an excellent 4* hotel for a relaxing family holiday all year round.

The views from the enormous picture window were amazing. The room was large, fresh and calming and all staff went out of their way from booking to completion to help. Breakfast ..don't miss, fantastic. Walk into the small township and also possible to walk to Krimml waterfall entrance .. bout 20 min if your strolling. Definitely recommend the hotel. Also ...not a gym person, but those that are will love the gym equipment..looks like an awesome setup.
