I was surprised by the quality of the house. I think to owners have a lot of fun running the place and really got into it. You can sense a lot of passion around the hosting business. Many things are done at a low cost, but this is not a complain, it is an appreciation from my side, because it proves that there is a passion foe this job behind. Great place!

It is easily accessible from the highway.

It is easily accessible from the highway. Gloggnitz is nearby, where there is a huge Lindt chocolate shop. The Semmeing train leaves from Gloggnitz, to Mürzzuschlag station, where there is a wonderful railway museum, among other things. Puchberg am Schneeberg is nearby, where the Salamander railway leaves from. Reichenau an der Rax cable car is nearby. You can also have dinner at the accommodation.

Very beautiful location among the mountains.

Very beautiful location among the mountains. Excellent starting point for hikes. You can start from Rax or Schneeberg, or even locally. The hospitality is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful, scrambled eggs made to order, and the rest is on the buffet table. Dinner is also worth having on site. Real Austrian cuisine, with a great chef. We will go again.
