Location is great. Quite close to train station. Owners of the Hotel are just extremely friendly and amazing people. 1) I was late once and Family Berg were so kind and gave me a ride to the place I needed. 2) I forgot something in the room and they returned me it by bringing to the location. I mean from whom can you expect such a nice gesture nowadays?

Lovely place - the area is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely walk after getting off the train to process all the fun of the day. The breakfast items were all handmade at the place and was the best meats and cheese we had on our trip so far.

Great furnished apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed. Excellent location. Walking distance to shop, restaurant, bar, cafe, bakery. Two parking spaces, terrace. Even our two cats were happy. Communication was absolutely fine and we would be happy to return anytime.

We arrived by bicycle and received a very warm welcome. The restaurant and rooms had been recently renovated and were very well maintained. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful. Unfortunately, the inn only accepts cash payments.

We were there to visit the Christmas markets in the area.

We were there to visit the Christmas markets in the area. From Berchtesgaden to Salzburg, Mondsee, Fuschl, Wolfgangsee, and Bad Ischl, everything is easily accessible from the hotel. Travel times are only between 20 and 45 minutes. It's very well situated between the most famous lakes of Upper Austria and the Salzkammergut region, making it the perfect holiday destination for the summer months as well.

A beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful setting.

A beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful setting. To see all the tourist attractions in the surrounding area, you should book the hotel for several months; listing everything in detail would be too much. Just grab a map and put together an itinerary. We'd love to come back, as our stay was far too short.

The host/owner and his staff were very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, the owner greeted us as if we were old friends who hadn't seen each other for years (we spoke German with each other). The room was fine, bathroom too. From the balcony we had a view of the alps in the distance, with a busy road directly under the balcony. Food was excellent. The nearby lake was nice. We stayed for one night on our way to our destination. For this purpose it was good value for money.

The room and the whole hotel area was perfectly clean and tidy. The place was wonderful. The end of the village, silence and beautiful mountain views. Very pleasant owner who took care about our comfort.. Wonderful breakfast. I can only highly recommend this hotel!
