after 7pm the service was difficult. we had to wait until the next day for them to turn on the heating. there was very limited kitchen equipment, no bins for sharing the rubbish….. The doors with the new app are difficult to open… you need to have a charged phone battery because otherwise you won't be able to unlock the doors…

Breakfast was extraordinary. Practically a private luxury buffet, which is insanely diverse and high quality, with nice enterior, view and service. I have never had such an exclusive experience, though I am very critical and had been to quite a few places and have written a bunch of rather rude critics. The mansion is absolutely demandingly romantic with lake view, private lake floating platform, relaxing facility and private pier, all in all a dream tale.

This was possibly the most relaxing break ever.

This was possibly the most relaxing break ever. There is little else here except the fabulous Hotel Linde (and Vivamayr - a detox hotel where celebrities go). The situation right on the lake meant stunning views from the breakfast room and terrace; from the Seebar (Lakeside Bar and Restaurant); and from our balcony. Swimming in the clear water of the lake is a must. The food is exceptional with sushi and sashimi a speciality. The staff too are exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. A two-minute walk brings you to the landing stage of the ferries which ply up and down the lake during the day offering a hop on hop off service for 19 euros per person. Since we were staying at the hotel for 4 nights we got a 50% discount. For Gustav Mahler fans, another must is a visit to his composing hut, where a very knowledgeable curator will give you a detailed history in German or English. An absolutely stunning experience!

Unfortunately, there are no additional restaurants in the village. Very quiet – not much going on. A car or at least a bicycle is necessary. Good hiking opportunities. The lake is great, however, access is usually only via the lido or hotel.

The village, the church, the harbor are beautiful, the surroundings are clean, this is especially painful, considering the cleanliness of Lake Balaton and the rivers in Hungary, no garbage. The people are nice, squirrels were running around in the park! The hotel restaurant / Hotel Linde / is a bit expensive, but delicious, the service is polite. There is a small pub in the harbor, delicious beer, ice cream, wine.... The cruise is a great experience.

Nice hotel in a quiet area with beautiful view on the lake. Staff in all departments is great and helpful. Reception checked us in much earlier than it is allowed. Housekeeping did the work flawlessly and made our sheets in different shapes. Restaurant staff was also nice and served food quite quick. Room is nice and spacious, with the balcony and a wonderful view. Bed quality is good, however you might need an extra pillows because those they provide were a bit too thin for me. Beach area is very nice and cozy!

The hotel is located on the Südufer-Straße on Lake Wörthersee and has an excellent location directly on the lake. The furnishings seemed very noble and the staff was always trying. Nice bonus point is the own pier incl. lying area - especially in good weather great to spend relaxing hours at the lake.

This is a hotel for company owners! Don't expect a frenetic place full of the latest technologies. It is a family run hotel with a relaxed atmosfere. The rooms are spacious, the view on the lake is fantastic, the breakfast very good.
