Gorgeous design, the work of arts that are on display in the room as well as the hallways, very polite and friendly staff, the bathroom decor and toiletries (fell in love w March, the Austrian brand they are using), excellent location, only superlatives for this hotel! Highly recommend it!

The room is lovely. Facilities were in good working order. Staff was very helpful and kind. I requested an iron and Hanna brought it all the way to my room, thank you so much! The lovely staff who are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast- good selection to choose from- Bircher style overnight oats, various yoghurts, fresh local types of bread, fresh fruit salad, hams and cheese, local breakfast cakes, danish pastries, smoked salmon and cooked breakfast options choice of teas, coffees and juices Rooms all very individual, this is a historic building with each room styled to match its shape and features but with all mod cons such as Aircon and lovely bathrooms, coffee machine in room.Of course there is a huge variety of art all around the hotel including bedrooms. There are some modern rooms in the new building just across from the hotel. Lovely lounge in hotel where you can order drinks and light snacks. Didn't get chance to try the pool but it looks lovely in the garden.

I love that all the staffs at the front desk are very friendly, kind and helpful. I love the vibe that like they really cared about the customers. I love that the accommodation is new, well located and modern. I travelled alone and I feel so safe staying there. The price is also reasonable. I would love to going back there if I ever visited Graz again. Love it ❤️❤️❤️
