Small apartment with seperate bedrooms for parents and children, very well equipped (eg coffee maker was one Italian and one classic). Has a small garden and direct access to lake, pedal boats for free assigned to the apartment. Parking slot available. We really enjoy the perfect location of the apartment and the view from the fifth floor is just amazing. The apartment was very well, equipped, clean, cozy, and big enough for whole family. In the lobby of the building is also small shop with groceries.

Nearly everything and everyone there is just great. Restaurant is classy with great food and atmosphere for the evenings, and the breakfast is just superior to many 5-star hotels. Selection of herbal and fruit teas is enormous. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, everything in hotel is modern, common area doors are automatic touch-free, rooms are spacious with a large entry area which is especially convenient if you came skiing. Oh, the balcony is a nice bonus - rare thing in hotels. Marked with a heart on google maps.

We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. We had dinner relevant to a 5 star restaurant meal, freshly cooked and one of the best breakfast for a small place like this. Good luck to the people owning this place! They xeginetely know how to manage and earntouristwith their warm hospitality.
