The location was excellent, very close to the river and shops. The swimming pool was a good length and also a jacuzzi The staff were very helpful Our room had a balcony which was fantastic for a glass of wine in the evening

I absolutely loved this place. I could not recommend it more! The spa facilities were exceptional, i had a facial and that was great! The food was great. The staff were all professional and helpful. I would 100% stay here again. Worth the price tag.

This hotel was wonderful. It was located with a breathtaking view of Alps! The design of rooms were modern and in a style of mountain destination. Rooms were clean. This hotel is near Hallstatt, so location was really great. Near the hotel there is a lot of winter attractions. Breakfast was huge and wonderful. Also there is possibility to eat dinner and that is must have experience - u pay for one person and then you can go and full your own dishes. The food was tasty - atmosphere really cute. I would totally recommend.

My experience with this hotel is just amazing. The hotel is located on the heart of Hallstatt with a spectacular view on the lake!! The restaurant service is just waaww!! All is renovated, all is super clean, stylish and brand new, the room is very cozy with a very nice view. If it does not rain, it will be a pleasure to rest three. The staff was so nice! The owner explained everything and was pretty friendly. Also thanks to Nadezhda who described all the sites in the neighborhood ! Location is super! Hallstatt, Gosausee - all is in 20-30 minutes by car. The first floor is the hostel, and the second is the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including freshly prepared eggs. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds (softer ones). The hotel was quiet at night, and there were lots of parking places available. The sauna and dinner experience were also exceptional, with locally sourced dishes and live local music. It's a shame we only stayed for one night, as the area seems perfect for hiking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly outstanding experience!

Fantastic hotel, loved our stay at Vitalhotel Gosau. Comfy beds, spacious room with balcony and lovely towels and bath robes. They offer a summer card which entitles for a lot of reduced fare activities. The staff were extremely nice and willing to help. The room was tidied up every day. I strongly recommend Vitalhotel to anyone who's searching for quality time and peace of mind.
