Everything was perfect. It is as described in Booking.com. The bed was comfortable, the large bathroom had a huge sink and nice shower and the towels were large and fluffy. This was the first hotel we stayed at that offered wash cloths (a nice addition). The toilet had it's own room with a small sink. There was also a couch, desk and chair and 2 TVs. But the best part was the food. We had dinner in the dining room both nights and the fixed menu (choose one of 3 options for your main) was accompanied by a starter (a treat from the chef) soup, salad, your main and finally dessert. On the morning we were leaving, we saw the menu for that night and wished we were staying longer. The breakfast buffet offered a full range of both hot and cold items and was excellent. A bonus of travelling off season was that the hotel gave us a pass that allowed us to use the gondolas and chairlifts in the region during our stay. It also allowed us to use the regional bus and the mountain trains. And finally the staff at this family run hotel was extremely helpful, guiding us to places within the village and beyond.

We were with our 10 months old baby boy, everything was arrange incredible for us. I m with back problems , and i can tell , beds were very comfortable , We were on HB , everything was organized incredible . . The location is perfect .     Ischgl is a great resort offering fantastic extensive and varied skiing. Pistes well groomed. The lifts are fast, modern and well maintained. Queues Ok even at half term. Ischgl town is pretty and has large selection of Apres ski bars and restaurants and shops which are very friendly. There is a rule that you cannot wear ski boots between 8pm and 6am which seems to successfully stop hordes of drunken revellers wandering about so the Apres is civilised yet still great fun. There are noticeably more young men than other groups and quite a lot of snowboarders compared to some other resorts like Lech but this was not really a problem for our family. We will be returning.

    Place for experienced ski/snowboarders to go. Runs are challenging with mainly reds and blacks and the only way down to resort is a red run. Lifts are all very modern and fast with a barely a que anywhere. The resort is pretty expensive with lots of high end luxury restaurants and bars with great food and wine. It is quite a compact resort so probably only takes 20 minutes to walk from one side to the other.

    One of the largest completely connected skiresorts in Austria (with high altitude). In my opinion, it's the second best to St Anton (i.e. Ski Arlberg). Really great place but I'd recommend it for good skiers only.

    Ischgl is a great ski resort.

    Ischgl is a great ski resort. It is big enough, the show is a high quality and there are a lot of restaurants and aprés ski places. It is a dream place for someone who likes to ski, but also enjoys the party afterwards.

    Massive mountain but not challenging - plenty of easy wide runs for beginner and intermediate skiers making it good for families. Lots of restaurants on the mountain made it easy to stop for lunch and breaks. The morning gondola is a crush to get on - but after that the lifts move fast and are in good condition. Lots of apres bars. Make dinner reservations in Ischgl restaurants if you want any hope of securing a table during busy 6:30pm/7pm dinner service.

    Great skiing area nice and high so no problem with snow. Efficient lifts . Good mountain restaurants with excellent toilet facilities. Best toilets I’ve come across in 40 years skiing. Nice wide pistes well maintained. Best to get to restaurants around 12 as they get very crowded later.

    The receptionist who also made the breakfast was very kind and friendly. Sorry I didn't get her name. The hotel is beautifully located on the edge of Ischgl. We loved the tourist card that allowed free unlimited use of the cable cars! We had a spare two hours in the morning and we went right up to the Swiss border. Spectacular value for money. Free parking and breakfast included. Our room was large and comfortable.

    We got an unexpected upgrade to a room with the slopes view. The food was very good, especially the breakfast - it has a lot of variability, and the quality of the ingredients was really good. 5 course dinner was very good as well. We enjoyed the spa, especially the open air pool. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing - right at the entrance there is a tunnel to the lift.

    Great hotel, modern, clean and great facilities. Really friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Its a perfect location in a quiet position but a short walk to the lifts and town. We left our skis at Sport Adler opposite the main lift which was perfect. Also a very nice Spa which was an added bonus. We will be back.
