Wonderful facilities, particularly the swimming pools and sauna area, separate adults-only sauna area. Delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, high quality 4-course evening meal for only €20 extra, fantastic value, particularly the gala dinner. Location very close to lifts and ski shops - we used the ski depot at the lift station which was very conveniently located (next to the excellent Rambazambar) Friendly and efficient staff in restaurant and at reception, immaculately clean rooms and public areas. Non-skiers in the group enjoyed the daily (free) activities, including yoga and hikes. Skiers enjoyed the local Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and easy 15 minute bus links to Alpendorf and Bad Hofgastein

    Grossarl is a booming ski town but in June 2023 the part west of the river was essentially a huge building site. However it was great for mountain walking once away from the town itself. With a guest card (free from your accommodation) one can travel on local buses in the valley for 1 Euro per person per trip! There is a very adequate Billa supermarket.

    Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel rooms look newly renewed, the beds are comfortable and the sceneries in the mountain valley are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and very supportive, they go above and beyond when it comes to helping their guests. There was a mix-up with the room I had booked and the room I was checked into. But the staff quickly found a solution to offer us the best solution. Even at the breakfast, the staff makes sure that all the guest have what they need. This feels like a 5-star hotel, would defiantly book a stay at this hotel again.

    We had a great stay at Naturhaus Andrea i Grossarl. The room was spacious and cozy, with kitchen and dinner table, perfect if youlike to cook at home. We enjoyed the garden during the warm summer evenings. The location is a 20 minute walk from Grossarl centre, and with a bus stop just outside the door. To conclude it was a perfect, simple but cozy and had everything we needed. Last but not least, Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host that made feel vey welcomed and could recommend us some amazing hiking trails.

    The rooms were clean, featuring modern furnishings and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was also very pleasant. The entire hotel was spotless, with daily housekeeping service. The staff was very friendly, regularly ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with fresh food. After leaving our passports at the hotel, the communication with the staff was excellent - they promptly and efficiently helped us retrieve them in no time.

    Wonderful Chalet to explore Grossarl. Excellent location and surprisingly calm and quiet despite proximity to the main road. Amenities are amazing: kitchen, BBQ, garden access and trampoline for kids !
