Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

We would like to thanks all the staff from MalisGartern for their professional approach, especially the Calvin who was very helpful, kind and always ready to assist. Also big thanks to Anton, and also Judy our guide for hiking. She is very big professional and kind person. We spent a very nice day hiking in Tirol Alps. Also big thanks to Simone from the bar, she is big professional bartender and always prepare tasty drinks for us. The environment of the hotel is very quiet, which suits for us very well as we were looking for relax. The pool, Spa and garden were amazing and our jacuzzi on the balcony was the cherry on the top :) We would like to fully recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

Perfect stay for hiking in the area. We had a lovely stay, and the private sauna was a great treat after a long and exhausting hike. We also got free tickets for the cabins and local bus.

We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful Alpine hotel. The host was absolutely friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the very first moment. The atmosphere was warm and personal, as if staying with friends. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and everything was spotless — the rooms, the facilities, all kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. Every detail was simply perfect.     Belvilla have stolen my money and refuse to repay my deposit, we were unable to travel due to the pandemic and advised well before the refund deadline that the Uk was in a national lockdown and international travel banned and yet the still refuse to refund our deposit will never deal with this company again totally dishonest
