The staff were super friendly. The receptionist informed us that, as part of the booking, we had free access to the cable-car at both Gerlos and Königsleiten. We took the one at Königsleiten. Great views and the kids had a blast on the zip-line over the lake at 2,300m. An unexpected bonus. The room and breakfast were great.

The hosts are amazing, friendly and nice people. The house, and the position of it is very nice - Alps feel. The room had a view of the mountains. The breakfast was great. Though I only stayed for one night, it was a very pleasant experience.

Everything was more than I expected. An excellent breakfast was provided, offering a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, vegetables, several kinds of natural juices, and of course, fresh bread, sausages, and different spreads, which were fresh every day. Beautiful scenery and passes to cross for the motorbike. Stayed at Gast Hof Kuhle Rast, great hotel,lovely breakfast and evening meal, this place is a great find. (Not for the disabled as on a hill and accommodation is upstairs). Wonderful for an overnight but better still for a weeks holiday. They have 3 sitting out areas and a great seating area inside. Rustic Austria. The scenery was fantastic.

Small room but cozy and comfortable. Extremely kind and helpful hosts - fantastic breakfast, skipasses available at the hotel, detailed info on cross-country tracks, sparkling water in the room, müsli bars in the ski depot, etc. Possibility of sauna booking, thus, we were two of us alone there. Central position -Spar supermarket over the corner, ski lift 200 m, 500 m to the start of cross-country tracks (which were in surprisingly good status despite warm weather, and prepared daily). Simply, fantastic active relaxing stay!

Family owned hotels/apartments are our preferred because of the care and consideration that the hosts provide. Excellent location in the high street of the town. Balcony outside the room. Free and secure parking. We met our host Hubert and also grandpa and he is a motorcycle enthusiast! What a character! Restaurants and bars of all prices within walking distance. Breakfast included. Free voucher for a return ride up the local ski lift - face value 40 euros.

Lovely apartment for a week holiday: host super-kind and available to give information about Gerlos. Very appreciated that host give us for free the zillertal card in order to have discount on public transport Just a minimum tip: a clothes-rack on the balcony could be useful. But in any case we rate 10 because of 12 is not available!

The staff at Hotel Central was wonderful. The Dutch-speaking owner was welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of. We also enjoyed a nice afternoon at the indoor pool/spa!
