Kkala is an absolutely delightful boutique hotel,...

Kkala is an absolutely delightful boutique hotel, attractively furnished, including a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The staff, Eugenia, Laura and Magdalena were all lovely and couldn't do enough to help us and organise some excellent tours to Salinas Grande, Cachi and Cafayate. The breakfasts were excellent and all it was a fantastic stay.

Salta and Jujuy were surprisingly beautiful.

Salta and Jujuy were surprisingly beautiful. I thought we would see nice places, but I was wrong, they were outstanding! I recommend a trip to the north of Argentina to anyone who likes to see nature's wonders

A beautiful city, with multiple attractions and nice colonial architecture. Most important, it is the place from where you can visit other places, like Cachi, Cafayate, "Salinas grandes", Purmamarca, etc.

The free walking tour was excellent. The museum was great. The church is beautiful and wonderful. The changing of the guard on Saturday is a must see and enjoy in the plaza. Hotel we stay at was top notch. Home made Empanadas across from Catholic Church we tastiest. The excursion to cafyette in mountain is a must

The people of Salta were very nice.

The people of Salta were very nice. The plazas were very lively and fun to be around. And there were 2 nice rests/bar areas that I frequented. I also liked the all day Cafayate tour. Extremely beautiful.

Salta was a pleasant surprise.

Salta was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we were just passing through for 1 day. We just had enough time to do a self guided walk around Plaza 9 de Julio and a couple of blocks either side. But there was a lot to see and do just at Plaza 9 de Julio alone. I particularly liked Cabildo Historico (the historical Salta museum) it was free entry and very interesting. The Cathedral on the opposite side of the square is beautifully and ornately decorated inside. MAAM (the museum with the Mummies of Liullaillaco) was fascinating. It's paid entry, but worth it, to see something very unique. Would have loved to have seen Iglesia Y Museo San Francisco, didn't realise that it shuts between 1230 - 1600. Should have stopped here first when we walked past in the morning on our way to Plaza 9 de Julio. Also had some lovely epanadas for lunch at Dona Salta.

Well-equipped and well-maintained apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a great choice even for longer stays. Good wifi, washing machine, heating and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a cute café in front of the apartment, and a nice shopping mall with some parks nearby. Overall, exceeded my expectations! One of the best places I’ve stayed in Argentina at this price range 👌

Very neat and clean rooms. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Gonzalo and his team will help you with anything you need. The staff maintains the rooms regularly. The hotel is located in the centre of Salta, close to all nearby attractions. There was parking also available for my motorbike. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Wonderful newly renovated hotel, beautiful old building, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts (including avocado toast and the best medialunas we had during our entire holiday in Argentina) and a perfect location in the centre of Salta. Highly highly recommended. Exceptional value.

The staff, namely Paula, were amazing! She helped us sort out a trip to Cafayate prior to our arrival. Additionally, the hotel had a vintage feel to it and was very clean and homely. The hotel is also a short walk away from Salta City attractions such as Parque San Martin and the Teleférico San Bernardo.

A beautifully renovated colonial building with polite and professional staff, decent breakfast (by Argentina standards, don't except a full English or German cold cut buffet) and very quiet for a great night's sleep. Good location about halfway between the central square and the bus station.
