Everything was great. The Staff were incredible, anything we asked for they were there to help with immediately. I’ve never experienced such friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were lovely and clean and the facilities were great. Our room was amazingly stocked with two little chocolates on arrival & an amazing set of toiletries. The heated rooftop pool was a great bonus. The breakfast was also fantastic. They had a lovely selection of hot & cold food, the best selection of fruit I’ve ever seen and beautiful pastries.

Hotel had a lovely ambiance , staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool on top was super to chill after long day walking in BA. Breakfast very good When we arrived the taxi driver requested only cash , we had no cash at that stage , girl on reception said no problem we can pay him and add to your bill . Be careful we even used the marked cabs ( black / white )from airport

Staff was excellent. Location is central to all parts of the city. Taxis can be called by hotel for pickup with very reliable and honest companies. Recoleta neighborhood is very nice, trendy but down to earth. The area is very safe, lots of police on patrol--just practice safe travel techniques like in any urban area like in any city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cemetery is almost next door with Eva Peron grave. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was very good. This hotel and location exceeded my expectations.

There is a lot to see, experience and explore in this vibrant city! Many museums to check out. I recommend getting the public transportation sorted ASAP as they are very affordable. In 2025 it's around 500-600 Argentina Pesos (~$0.30) to ride the bus. Asado (BBQ), choripan (sausage), pizzas and empanadas are a must and you will have plenty of options to choose from. Just be prepared that the locals don't start dinner until after 8p! Have fun!!!

Great city.

Great city. Palermo is a wonderful neighbourhood to hang out in with tree lined streets and great parks north of Plaza Italia. Good food options but relatively expensive. Bus and tube trips are easy with a SUBE card which can be recharged at many corner kiosks.

It’s a city with a lot of history and great buildings in different styles. Unfortunately de continuous recession that Argentina is in affects the cleanliness of the city. I’ve been recently in Lima-Peru and it was much cleaner so it can be done if the focus of the politicians would be to show pride in this great city. Lots of places to eat quality dinners. We took even the buses to go around the city and the metro which is clean and safe as far as i’ve seen.

The whole atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The diversity was excellent. If you want to visit a modern city with old time European flavor it would be a great choice. We never even had it on our travel radar and am sorry about that. We sincerely hope we get to go back.

Buenos Aires is such a beautiful city, with ornate buildings and expansive parks . Its cultural offer is bigger than in other Latin American cities and of high quality: museums, theater, expositions, etc. You can’t get bored there. Also, it has a lively nightlife. Pasta and meat dishes are usually very good, and you get a good value for money when asking for the menu of the day in most restaurants and cafés.

In the mornings and afternoons I traveled a lot and saw a lot of places thanks to the privileged location of the apartment. The room met my expectations as well. The kitchen has a coffee maker and capsules and there is also complimentary water upon arrival. The experience of this accommodation is unmatched.

I stayed here for a weekend and it was amazing, one of my best trips so far. I loved the city of Buenos Aires and the energy in the Palermo neighborhood. There are always people and places open, it has a great nightlife. The apartment is great, it has a unique style. The perfect mix between good decoration and comfort. It is very clean and tidy.
