The appartment is very clean and neat. Not far from the airport. The host is very friendly and helpful. Was giving us all the information we needed via WhatsApp before the arrival. He offered a free transfer from and to the airport (in the night). The chek in/out is at 00:00 which is very convenient if you arrive at night and need a place to stay between the flights. There is a tavern you can go to eat or have your food delivered to you. Whould definitely recommend it. Many thanks to the host!

Great place for chilling. Erick and his family made the stay very pleasant and stress less. The property itself is greatly renovated and well taken care of. Inside it looks like a traditional Armenian house. Shall I say more? It’s really close to the airport and super comfortable for early morning flights. Definitely will be back

The location is very central, there are many cafes and shops around. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was very modern, clean, with good breakfast, good wifi and AC. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. At the check-in the receptionist told us he got us a later checkout without even asking :)

Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect.
