this hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the region and for the innumerable monasteries that can be reached easily. It is manegment by a very friendly and hospitable family who advised us where to go for dinner. the rooms are simple with air conditioning, we were also able to do the laundry because there is a small garden to hang out the laundry. breakfast good and plentiful with delicious homemade jams. we highly recommend it

Very kind and friendly hosts. This was the cleanest and most comfortable property we stayed in Armenia. Very nice central location if you are travelling through Armenia, but also perfect for longer stays. We stayed here two times when travelling to Tatev and also on the way back.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was super cosy and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay as a family. The hosts are lovely and helpful. You are surrounded by a beautiful orchard and a short walk along a steam will take you to the nearby town. The 800 year old bridge is also only a short walk away. The freshly cooked food is delicious- including fresh eggs right from the chickens on sight. Our daughter loved playing with the kittens and there is plenty to do to keep a child busy and content. A really relaxing place to refuel and a great place to stay if you want to visit the nearby Noravank monastery, Areni cave and local wineries.

Very warm welcome with homemade 15 years old cognac Great dinner for a fair price . Really nice family. We had a room with a big balcony . There were comfortable beds and chairs to sit/lay on. Great for a relaxed evening.
