I stayed in the Guest House with my parents, and we truly loved it: the conditions and facilities were excellent. The rooms were well and comfortably furnished. You could find everything you need for your stay, and most importantly, the atmosphere was so warm and homey. The staff was so kind and hospitable, addressing all our needs and questions. The breakfast was amazing with diverse choices. We will definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

I booked the room for my 80 year old mum and 75 year old aunt. They were very happy with the room and cleanness and as well we details like towels, soap and like those. Room had a balcony which was very much appreciated. Staff were very attentive to my old guests, even allowed early check-in without a charge.

What is unbelivable, is the breakfast time (9h00 to 11h00). 9h00 is clearly too late. 7h30 to 10h00 as usual in other country is the appropriate answer. Therefore i rated "facilities" in such a way.....

The stay was excellent. The staff were extremely nice and told us a lot of information about the hotel and the importance of it during Soviet times. The staff made us feel welcomed at all times.

I had an excellent stay at the ApaHov. The customer service was outstanding – every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms are impressively spacious, with plenty of natural light and all the furniture you need for a comfortable stay. For the price, it’s great value for money and far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and excellent facilities.
