The accommodation was a very positive experience. The rooms were modern and clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful Armenian-style breakfast. The restaurant also offers a very good Armenian menu. In the Shirak region, you can visit Lake Arpi, the Trchkan waterfall, Gujmri, and many other sights. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

My experience in the hotel was very good. It was clean comfortable and the people were amazing. Breakfast was good as well.

Beautiful modern hotel with spacious rooms. A short walk away from the main town. Good breakfast and restaurant & bar. The staff were very helpful. Our shower drainage was blocked, but on calling the reception, the problem was fixed quickly. We had some trouble with the cab driver whom the hotel had booked for our next transfer, but they resolved everything with the driver.

A gorgeous little guesthouse in a beautiful old building. Lovely rooms, very very clean, fantastic location in the old town, but still very quiet. Easy to walk anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Best breakfast ever!!! Delicious! Wonderful owners, Karen and Shoghik, gorgeous people and very interesting to talk to. I will return here.

Everything one would expect from a decent hotel - all the little extra touches, super clean and a great location (opposite my favourite cafe, Aregak, and the fab Azlamazyan Sisters Gallery). I loved Gyumri and hope to return - if I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Two mini suggestions - some hangers in the wardrobe please, and a full length mirror.
