The receptionist greeted me by name—a thoughtful touch that left a lasting impression and made me feel valued and recognized as a returning guest. The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Throughout my visit, the staff’s commitment to making guests feel welcome was evident. They consistently offered friendly, attentive service, creating a genuine atmosphere of warmth and care. Whether it was a quick smile, helpful recommendations, or prompt responses to requests, the team at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. I liked everything about this hotel: the location is perfect (it is on the side street so the noise from the street does not reach out to the room), the hotel's reception met me with a welcome drink and dried fruits. The room has all amenities one can need and it is not a problem to ask for more if you ran out of something you need. I was leaving earlier, so the reception prepared a take-away breakfast, called me when taxi arrived. I have also got upgrade to a better room with a sofa.

It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.
