We had the most wonderful stay! I spent my time here with my friends and family, and it truly could not have been better. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding — every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself was spotless; the cleaning team deserves special recognition for keeping every corner immaculate and fresh throughout our visit. The pool area was a true highlight — crystal clear water, comfortable loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Whether it was a quick swim or a full afternoon by the pool, everything was perfectly maintained. The people serving us in the restaurant and around the hotel were exceptional — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. This was truly a 5+ experience in every way, and we can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

Our stay was truly a perfect escape from the hot and busy city. The hotel’s name says it all—you genuinely feel like you’re in the clouds. It was a heavenly stay with incredibly comfortable beds and a wonderfully serene atmosphere. Great views of the town, river and mountains from large room with balcony on upper floor. Hotel is very central and Ijevan is much underrated in my opinion. Everything was clean and worked well. Good value. Helpful owner.

A great experience. Gayane Hakobyan and her husband are wonderfully friendly hosts. We were there to go hiking from above the Haghartsin monastery and to explore Ijevan town. We loved staying here and would return in a heartbeat!

I was extremely impressed by the service – absolutely flawless, on par with the world’s top hotels. The welcome was exceptionally warm and homely, it felt more like visiting a good friend than staying at a guesthouse. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Liana is such a lovely host and made a beautiful breakfast. Overall it was a very nice experience despite the weather. Before you book, still keep in mind it's camping but with a touch more luxury ;) the view is amazing. The "tent" was nicely equipped and bed was comfy. If it gets cold you have a heater, which works fine. Overall it was a very nice experience and we can totally recommend it.
