Everything is exactly as advertised, the host is super helpful, going above and beyond, ready to help with any issues. Everything is very clean, cups, cutlery, plates- everything available. The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you never been here, you know nothing about real breakfast! It slowly transforms to lunch, be ready for surprise haha! :) National music plays in the restaurant, complementing the atmosphere. This hotel is like a museum, full with nature and creative details together in harmony. Trees in bloom at night in the yard and different art objects around - it's a fairy tale! Clean and comfy room is not the only place you’ll spend time here. Don’t forget to look for art in the shop, handwork is great and prices are good. If you want to plunge headlong into the culture of Armenia, this is the place for you! Great people working here! Thanks a lot for your kind attitude and hospitality! I’d like to come back, and definitely recommend to everyone to stay here! Best regards!

Very friendly and helpful staff, always there to help. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed room with comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower and impeccably clean throughout. I ordered a pick-up from the airport. The driver spoke perfect English, the car was new and comfortable. At the hotel, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a very good quality bed and all the necessary amenities. I asked the driver to go to the city for food. He served me immediately and even gave me a small tour of the city. Imagine that he didn't even want to be paid. It is recommended that you ask Arthur to show you around the city, of course, for the relevant fee. When we returned to the hotel because I was leaving at 03:00, they asked me what I wanted for breakfast, which they brought to my room at the time I requested. What else could anyone ask for from a hotel? Overall, they made me feel so beautiful that I forgot about the terrifying experience of Russia.
