Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is truly special — peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The semi-sphere tents are cozy and private, with stunning views of Lake Sevan right from your window. The service was outstanding — every single person we met was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. We felt truly welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The food? Fantastic! We stayed two nights and had fresh, perfectly cooked “siga” (local fish) for dinner both evenings — it was that good!

Reception staff is amazing, any requests from setting up the right temperature in the cottage to arranging transfer to Erevan/Dilijan were arranged in a moment. Hotel restaurant prices might look a bit expensive but it has yummy kitchen and heart-warming staff that is worth every penny you spent there. Try crayfish kebab and fish gata!

Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that.
